This Organization Privacy Statement provides information required by law about Organization’s online information gathering and dissemination practices. Individual pages on Organization websites may provide additional information.

We collect information that identifies or is reasonably capable of being associated with you (your “Personal Information” or “Personal Data”) by means of the following:
